As Client Services Manager, Kal is responsible for preserving client relationships and managing a team of operatives to deliver results and provide a superior quality of service. 
Over the course of her exceptional background, Kal has personally managed thousands of files. She has handled complex investigations and covered every possible scenario. In her previous role, she was integral in the execution of an Anton Pillar order awarding the client $330 million dollars in damages. This award resulted in one of the largest awards of its kind in a Canadian court.
